Terms and Conditions

1)Draw open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of SHS Sales and Marketing, its agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2)Only one entry per person. Entries through third parties or agents will not be accepted.

3)To enter simply complete and submit the on-line Entry Form at www.desperadosbeer.co.uk

4)There are two pairs of VIP tickets to Boardmasters from 5th-9th August 2010 to give away to two winners. The prize excludes accommodation, travel and insurance

5)There is no cash alternative or other alternative prize available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be available to the winner.

6)Entries will be accepted from 28th June 2010 - 25th July 2010 > midnight.

7)The winner will be selected at random under independent supervision and notified by phone within 1 week of the closing date.

8)As tickets need to be sent out, if the winner cannot be contacted within a week of winning notification, entitlement to the prize will cease and the promoter, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.

9)The winner may be required to take part in related publicity.

11)To the fullest extent allowed by the law, the promoter accepts no responsibility for loss of injury as a result of promotional participation.
